Signature Treatment

Sculptra

A collagen stimulator, not a filler. Sculptra prompts your skin to rebuild its own collagen over several months — restoring the structure that thins with age. The change arrives gradually, which is exactly why it reads as looking well rather than looking treated.

It is not filler, and that is the point

Filler adds volume the day you receive it. Sculptra adds nothing you can see — it delivers poly-L-lactic acid, which your body responds to by producing new collagen in the treated area. The volume that appears over the following months is your own tissue.

Traditional Filler

Fills a space

Hyaluronic acid gel sits in the tissue and holds volume directly. Results are immediate and reversible, which makes it ideal for shaping lips or a defined jaw — but the volume is the product, not your own.

Sculptra

Rebuilds structure

Stimulates your skin to make collagen where it has thinned. Results build over months and last far longer — better suited to overall facial volume loss than to sculpting one feature.

A treatment measured in months

Sculptra asks for patience, and we would rather say so upfront than have you wondering at week three whether anything happened.

DAY 0

Session One

You may look fuller straight away from the fluid the product is suspended in. This settles within days — it is not the result.

WEEKS 1–4

The Quiet Phase

Little visible change. Collagen production is beginning below the surface but has not accumulated enough to see.

MONTHS 2–4

Volume Returns

New collagen becomes visible. Most patients need two to three sessions spaced several weeks apart to reach their goal.

UP TO 2 YEARS

It Holds

Because the volume is your own collagen, results are among the longest lasting of any injectable treatment.

Where Sculptra works

Sculptra suits diffuse volume loss — the hollowing and flattening that happens gradually rather than in one spot.

Real patients, real results

Sculptra results build over months, so the photos below are a starting point rather than a finished outcome. We show them with the timing stated plainly, because a collagen treatment photographed on day one is not showing you collagen.

Midface & Cheeks

Volume where the face flattens first

The midface loses support earlier than most people expect, and the effect reads as tiredness rather than age. Restoring structure here lifts the whole lower face indirectly — the nasolabial folds soften because the cheek is holding weight again, not because they were filled.

Profile & Contour

Structure you see from the side

Profile shows what volume loss actually does to a face — the flattening through the cheek and the softening along the jaw. Because Sculptra rebuilds broadly rather than filling one point, the side view is where the change tends to read most clearly.

Photos shared with patient consent and taken immediately after treatment. Early fullness includes fluid from the injection and settles within days; the collagen result develops over two to four months and typically requires a series of sessions. Individual results vary and are not a guarantee of outcome.

How many sessions will I need?

Most patients need two to three sessions spaced about four to six weeks apart. The number depends on how much volume has been lost — we will give you a realistic count at consultation rather than after you have started.

When will I actually see something?

Meaningful change usually appears around the second month and continues building through month four. If you need to look different for an event, tell us the date and we will work backward — or recommend something faster.

How long does it last?

Up to two years for many patients, which is considerably longer than hyaluronic acid filler. The collagen is yours, so it ages the way the rest of your tissue does.

Can I combine it with other treatments?

Frequently, yes. Sculptra restores volume while treatments like Ultherapy or Thermage address laxity and skin quality — they solve different problems and are often planned together.

Is there downtime?

Minimal. Swelling and small bruises are possible for a few days. We will show you how to massage the treated areas at home, which matters for even collagen distribution.
